My name is Cindy, and I specialize in all nail services, brow tattooing, lip blushing, eyeliner tattoo, and lash extensions. Work Done by Other Salons or Technicians (Nails) To maintain the highest quality and protect the health of your natural nails, I do not work over or fill sets done by other nail technicians or salons. All new clients with existing enhancements will be required to book a new set. This allows me to begin with a clean foundation using my own products, prep, and techniques. I also do not offer removal for work not done by me, as products and techniques vary widely between salons and may affect the quality of your new set. If you currently have nails done elsewhere, please remove them before your appointment. Thank you for understanding and supporting the consistency of my work. ⸻ 2. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your service on the day of your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellation for any reason. A card on file is required for all bookings. ⸻ 3. Late Policy I offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your design or service may need to be simplified to ensure I stay on schedule and respect the next client’s appointment. If you are running late, please notify me immediately with your estimated arrival time. ⸻ 4. Cancellation / Reschedule Policy Your appointments are important and are reserved specially for you. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time. All deposits are non-refundable, even with notice. A reminder text will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. A quick confirmation or cancellation is greatly appreciated so I may offer your spot to clients waiting for availability. ⸻ 5. Guarantee (Nails) My acrylic/gel work is guaranteed for 5 days, excluding breakage. If you notice lifting, chipping, or lose an enhancement within 5 days, please contact me as soon as possible for a free repair. Repairs after 5 days, or for breakage/tears/corner breaks, are $10+ per nail depending on length and design. Please remember: Nails are jewels, not tools. Treat them kindly for long-lasting beauty. ⸻ 6. Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service to: • Anyone rude, disrespectful, or aggressive • Anyone arriving more than 20 minutes late • Clients with repeat short-notice cancellations • Severely bitten nails or nails too short to work on (please send a photo before booking) • Anyone with possible contagious nail/skin conditions • Anyone with open wounds or infections around the service area • Anyone in ill health that may be contagious Thank you for respecting my policies and helping me maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment. ✨ Permanent Makeup (PMU) Policy ✨ To ensure safety, quality, and a smooth experience for every client, please review the following PMU policies: 1️⃣ Deposit Requirement A deposit is required to secure all PMU appointments. The deposit is non-refundable for any reason, including cancellation or rescheduling. 2️⃣ Cancellation / Rescheduling • Must notify in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment. • Deposits remain non-refundable. • A new deposit is required to book again. 3️⃣ Late Policy Arriving more than 30 minutes late may require: • Shortened consultation • Rescheduling • A new deposit 4️⃣ Touch-Up Policy Touch-ups are not included unless stated otherwise. Must be booked separately. 5️⃣ Right to Refuse Service I may refuse service to clients who: • Are rude or disrespectful • Arrive excessively late • Cancel last-minute repeatedly • Have open wounds, infections, or skin conditions in the service area • Are pregnant or breastfeeding • Are on medications that affect healing (please confirm with your doctor) ✨ Thank you for respecting my PMU policies.
